Eléa Golf Club — Wedding FAQs
Is Eléa exclusively ours for the day?
Yes. We host only one wedding per day, which means the entire estate — every terrace, lawn, and space — is dedicated entirely to you and your guests. You will never share your day with another event.
What is the minimum and maximum guest count?
We welcome weddings from as few as 20 guests up to 280 guests, depending on the venue space selected. Our team will guide you to the right space for your group size.
Is there a venue hire fee?
Yes, venue hire is charged separately from food and beverage. Fees vary by space and season. Our full pricing guide is included in the wedding brochure — download it above for complete details.
Can we hold a legal ceremony at Eléa?
Yes. We are a licensed venue for civil ceremonies and can accommodate both legal and symbolic ceremonies on site, including on our terraces with panoramic sea views.
What time can the wedding start and finish?
Celebrations can begin from mid-morning and continue until 01:00am. Extensions beyond this may be available upon request and are subject to an additional fee.
What happens if the weather is poor?
All our outdoor spaces have indoor or covered alternatives that can be arranged at short notice. Your wedding coordinator will have a contingency plan in place well in advance so you never need to worry.
Do we get a dedicated wedding planner?
Yes. From the moment you enquire, you will be assigned a dedicated wedding coordinator who will be your single point of contact throughout the entire planning process and on your wedding day itself.
Can we bring our own wedding cake?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a cake from your chosen supplier. A cake-cutting and serving service is available and can be arranged with your coordinator.
Do we have to use your preferred suppliers?
We have a trusted network of local suppliers — photographers, florists, musicians, and more — who know the venue well. You are welcome to use your own suppliers, and we are happy to share our recommendations upon request.
Can we arrange a food tasting?
Absolutely. We warmly invite you to visit Eléa and experience our menus first-hand. Contact our events team to arrange a private tasting appointment.
Is there accommodation on site or nearby?
While there is no on-site hotel, Eléa is located just minutes from a wide selection of hotels and private villas in the Paphos area. Our team can suggest options to suit different budgets and group sizes.
What is included in the venue hire?
Venue hire includes round tables, white linen, silverware, crockery, glassware, a PA system for your ceremony and drinks reception, and on-site parking. Full inclusions are listed in the brochure.
