Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- 4 days or more prior to play date: Free cancellation with no penalty
- 1 to 3 days prior to play date: 100% of the prepaid amount is non-refundable
- No-show: Full payment will be retained (100% cancellation fee)

Adverse Weather
In the rare event that the golf course is closed due to severe weather conditions, prepaid golfers will be offered the opportunity to rebook at a later date. The value of the original booking may be used as full or partial payment toward a new reservation, subject to the green fee applicable at the time.
Refunds or vouchers will only be issued if the golfer can demonstrate departure from the country or an exceptional circumstance preventing play within 72 hours of course closure.
Dress Code
In accordance with the etiquette and standards of Eléa Estate, an appropriate dress code applies to the golf course, Eléa Academy, and Driving Range.
- Gentlemen:
Shirts must have a collar or roll neck and include sleeves. Shorts and trousers must be tailored. - Ladies:
Sleeveless shirts are permitted if they have a collar. Trousers, shorts, and skirts must be tailored. - Golf shoes must be worn. Shoes with metal spikes are not allowed.
Non-compliance with the dress code, rules, and etiquette may result in immediate removal from Eléa Golf Club without entitlement to any refund.
Prohibited attire includes:
- Football, rugby, or non-golf sports shirts
- Denim
- Training or running shoes
- Any clothing not considered golf attire or suitably tailored
Failure to comply may result in guests being denied access to facilities and charged the full fee for reserved services.
Slow Play
- 4-ball groups: Maximum of 4 hours 30 minutes for 18 holes
- 3-ball groups: Maximum of 4 hours for 18 holes
Failure to maintain an acceptable pace of play may result in groups being split or asked to leave the course. To ensure pace standards are met, Eléa Golf Club reserves the right to pair golfers into 2, 3, or 4-ball groups.
Handicap Certificates
While a handicap certificate is not officially required, all golfers must have:
- Men: Maximum handicap of 28
- Ladies: Maximum handicap of 36
Guests who have never played golf before are not permitted to play on the course. Exceptions may only be granted at management’s discretion.
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the course and full green fee charges.
Etiquette & Spirit of the Game
All golfers and guests are expected to observe proper etiquette and uphold the spirit of the game at all times. Courtesy towards fellow guests is mandatory.
Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises.
Rules & Regulations
- All players must be at least 16 years of age
- Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Each player must have one golf bag only; sharing clubs is not permitted
- Golf buggies are strictly prohibited near tees and greens
- Any damage to rental equipment will be charged to the player
