I declare that in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, I have been informed about my right of access and my right to rectification visa-a-vis my personal data that are registered in Elea’s Estate software. It was also brought to my attention and I fully understand that I have the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing as well as the right to data portability of my personal data in line with the provisions of the Regulation.
I have also been informed about my right to withdraw such consent at any time in order to terminate any dissemination or/and use of my personal data from Elea Estate, having regard the provisions of the Regulation.
